History
RJB Financial LLC was founded by Ray J. Bulaon who has been in the debt relief business since 1998. Although the work that we do DOES NOT involve representing you as your attorney, Ray is a licensed California attorney with more than 6,000 successful cases under his belt. He has his own private debt relief law practice that services both individuals and small business owners. Ray’s experience will be a big plus when negotiating with creditors because he understands how creditors think and can implement successful settlement strategies that will benefit your business.
Ray discovered over his more than 23 years of legal practice that a lot of debt problems and disputes can be resolved without resorting to the courts. Litigation can be very expensive and should only be considered when no other realistic options exist. Most business owners are also ineffective in dealing with business creditors themselves because they are too personally involved in the situation and lack the temperament to do so considering the stress that they are experiencing in the midst of a financial crisis. And if hiring an attorney is cost-prohibitive for them, it becomes an unlevel playing field because the big banks and lenders often have their own attorney to fight for them while the business owner has no one.
Ray speaks differently than most lawyers; he talks more like you than most of his colleagues. That’s because he is just like you- first and foremost, he is a business owner himself. He understands what it takes to start a business, grow a business, and run a business effectively. Secondly, Ray understands that when a business is not doing well, there’s a big chance that the business owner is also having financial challenges at home. Ray is a dedicated husband and father of 3 children- He knows the tremendous amount of stress that you may be under at the moment and the urgency of your situation when your family’s welfare is also at stake. Family always comes first!
At RJB Financial LLC, we want to build lifetime relationships with our clients. You will work with Ray directly, no one else. Ray will personally review your business debts, do a financial analysis, and recommend best options. He will then professionally and aggressively negotiate the most favorable settlement terms for your business.
